PENGEMBANGAN AI VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SEBAGAI LAYANAN PENYEDIA INFORMASI DI RUMAH SAKIT MANEMBO-NEMBO BITUNG

ABSTRACT
Manembo-Nembo Bitung Hospital is a hospital located in Bitung City that provides various
good health facilities, one of which is a polyclinic. Finding information about polyclinics and
hospitals still has to be done by asking hospital employees who pass by there, which can
interfere with the work of employees who want to rush or patients and visitors must look for
employees if there are no employees passing by. From the problems found, researchers
developed a mobile application with artificial intelligence virtual assistant technology with
the main implementation of speech recognition that can facilitate visitors and patients who
will visit Manembo-nembo hospital, especially in the polyclinic section of the hospital in
finding information. The method used in this study is Agile Scrum. Researchers collect data
through observation, interviews, and literature studies. There are also several technologies
implemented in developing this mobile application, one of which is geolocation using
longitude and latitude.
